「Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful; however, we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the key wouldn’t work (for us or the staff), second room the thermostat was broken and the room was hot, the third and final room was fine but the TV did not work. 」

「They demand a $60 deposit with the promise of a refund at checkout. It took 6 days before they credited my card. They make a lot of $$$$ in interest holding on to $60 from every room every day and holding it for 6 days. Parking is almost impossible unless you’re driving a tiny smart car. Loud music and weed smoking all over the place.」

「Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people.
