「Wrinkled sheets and pillowcases. Hair all over sheets. AC on cold. Temps near freezing ... Took forever to get warm. Room stunk like mildew.」

「Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful; however, we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the key wouldn’t work (for us or the staff), second room the thermostat was broken and the room was hot, the third and final room was fine but the TV did not work. 」

「Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through Expedia. Would not plan to stay here again. 」

「Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. 」

「Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets. 」
