We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options. Communication at the resort and across the 3 Abama resorts could be improved. 「A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「We had a wonderful week at this hotel that opened earlier this year. We stayed in a Junior suite sea view room (115) with a swim up pool. The room was spacious and our terrace had full sun all day.
