「Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one...

「The Portuguese were awesome!! Lovely people ❤️ The only issues were with some employees from the country of MGM owner. Some were rude and not professional. I think this hotel should focus on hiring the bests - portugese - and avoid bringing workwrs from MGM owner native country.」

As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. 「Friendly team, nice location, just set back far enough to not be in the noisy night life of the old town, but close enough to walk within in a few minutes. Breakfast was pretty standard, but worked for us. Rooms were a good size, plenty of space, balcony over looking the ocean was a nice touch.」
