A nice enough property , pleasent staff. I personally found the hotel a little isolated from things but if you enjoy a little more peace this might be your place. Nothing really detrimental to say and would consider use again.

We had a lovely stay here. The breakfast was lovely and accommodated for myself and two young children. The staff at breakfast were all lovely and friendly and extremely efficient. There were 2 gentleman staff at front desk who were lovely. One particular (I believe he is called Raphael) went above and beyond to help us. He was extremley pleasant and made our stay memorable. Unfortunately there was a female staff member who wasnt as helpful. She wasnt particularly rude but she wasnt kind either. We had a big ant problem in our room sadly. I spoke with this lady at the front desk who almost mocked me in a patronising manor muttering it is a common problem. Like I explained to her (I'm not sure if she meant for me to hear her comment) I'm fully aware it is a common problem however could we maybe get some spray under the threshold where they appeared to mainly be coming in. Common problem or not, ants on our beds, suitcases, floors and even in the bathroom is not a pleasant experience. Other than this lady and the ants our stay was brilliant. We'd definitely return here but I'd try and request a higher (not ground) floor room in the hopes of less ants.

At a quiet location, very good hotel. we had suite 435 Breakfast buffet is complete, and a lot of choice of bread, fruits and typical english dishes. The rooms are clean, but a little bit old fashioned, could have some modernisation. Airco was working fine in all the rooms Very friendly personel. Old town of Albufeira is on walking distance ( 20min) Min: I personally found the beds to soft.

The property is relatively close to Old Town which can be accessed by driving, shuttle bus (when it's running), or walking. The property itself is dated and bathrooms need a good deep clean or renovation (grout between the tiles was either missing completely or black). Parking was an issue (holiday weekend) - if you absolutely need parking, make sure you reserve a spot with the hotel.

Stayed with family. We arrived late due to flight delay, warm welcome from the receptionist. I was delighted with the room upgrade and bottle of wine, as a gold member. The 324 room was very spacious and clean. It has a balcony overlooking part of the pool area and surrounding ground. Breakfast in the morning had a wide variety, after 9am it gets busy.The Pool facilties were clean and plenty of loungers avaliable. There is indoor pool, I didnt use it. Mainly outside with 2 large pools and 2 small for children. There is a kids play area with swing and slide. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to old town, new town and sister hotel. Nice late checkout of 12pm no need to rush after breakfast. Overall its a pleasant stay and I would definitely come again. Thank you 😊

2-3 star at best but you get what you pay for….. I suspect the ‘4 star’ is on account of the spa which seemed remarkably empty; also remarkably empty was the room - two small single beds with plastic mattress covers, a big space between bed an window with not even a desk chair. Absolutely no seat for the desk/mirror which seemed odd. Tea facilities sponsored by ‘Tetley’ - branded cups and tiny kettle. I say ‘facilities’ as there was no actual tea - or milk. We arrived 9.30pm so I rang down to be told we could have some teabags the following day and the hotel doesn’t have milk…. Seriously?? Not seriously as the breakfast buffet had milk for cereal but… speaking of breakfast buffet, that was actually rather good. Friday and Saturday live entertainment in the very brightly lit bar- Friday dreadful, Saturday very good; the bar itself has a choice of one white wine which although not bad seems a little restrictive. Bar staff very good as were all staff encountered with the exception of reception other than one chap of larger frame with glasses. No ‘gold status’ perks given, I had to show the listing to get the complimentary bottle of house (only) wine and that took 24. hours to arrive. Forget room upgrades, I don’t think the hotel take any notice at all/are even aware of member Hotels.com benefits. Finally, pool was freezing.
