I ordered a double bed with a city view and got 2 single (SMALL) beds with a pool view...The room was old and super well worn ...No A/C they gave me a fan ... the safe advertised wasn't free and wasn't secured to anything ...you can pick it up and walk out the door ... The breakfast included was great ... pool area very nice but had groups of young man making noise all day ...so much for sitting in the sun and chilling out... Complained to management about A/C but never had any

2 great things about this hotel...

...The location to the strip was fantastic if you want to party, the pool was great as well. We were 4 couples traveling and all our rooms had no A/C or not a very good A/C. It is an older hotel and you get what you pay for but ask for a room with a pool view in the hopes the music isn't as loud lol. Bring ear plugs! The strip is open until 4am and pool music starts at 10am. We had a fantastic time in the area and Old Town was so much fun.

Would not recommend but very cheap

I booked for 1 night as I was meeting friends in a different hotel the day after. The hotel is purposed for a lads weekend away, very cheap. Impossible to sleep as it’s right on the main strip, very dated and run down.

Please note this is review from 50+. We enjoyed location of the hotel as it is close to great party location. Great hotel pool and breakfast is good. Complain there is no A/C that worked in room great. Mattress was terrible. 1 Staff at the pool was not very nice and made experience not so great. But my experience should not deferred you to come here as you may have amazing time.

My experience at this property was completely unacceptable. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a genuinely upsetting and traumatic experience. Do not book here. Rude staff. Dirty towels. Dirty bedsheets. Ant infestation. Noisy. Unsafe. Items going missing.

Overall a good 1 week stay with a very convenient location on the middle of The Strip in Albufeira. We were pleasantly surprised the room's double glazing to be quite effective in blocking most noise from the strip and the poolside area was nice enough. Just two points of improvements would be we found the air conditioning to be rather poor considering the climate during peak season when we stayed in August, which impacted our sleep at times quite badly. Secondly, to extend the breakfast times by a few hours as we found 7:30-10:00 a little short (perhaps 6-11:00 would be better) considering most guests staying would have been out until late on the strip as we had some nights. Therefore, some mornings we found it a little too soon for breakfast alongside 7:30 a little too late on our departure day and I'm sure other guests have found this too.

Do not stay!! Air con not working properly in any of the rooms, no fans available, glass in the pool not cleaned after being reported for three days, the pool in general does not get cleaned (green algae ring and floating rubbish). Reception staff are polite but not helpful when asking for help or filing a complaint, cleaning staff are extremely rude we were refused towels twice because they claimed we had clean ones in room already. Location is the only positive as it’s located in the middle of strip, but not worth staying, absolutely vile!

The place is ideal for stag/hen/young holidays in a perfect area. The pool area is actually ideal, big nice pool with loads of space. The rooms were very poor in quality even just for a bender… Staff were hard working but at times a little off and when checking in it seemed to take an absolute age.
