Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Get a room by the terrace because it is worth it. Unfortunately, I found it VERY loud at night despite the fact that the hotel is in a quiet area. If your room is on the first floor, you will hear everything that happens in the lobby until about midnight. The staff talks loudly right up to midnight making it hard for those who wished to have a restful sleep. That was the only negative thing. Everything else is great.

Great hotel, within 5 mins walking distance to Albufeira Beach, Clock Tower and Old Town; very near shopping street. Perfect for overnight stays, super convenient location. Room was large, spacious double bed with comfy mattress, duvet and included towels/toiletries, and good Wifi. Had Balcony overlooking the front of the villa. Everything looks newly refurbished, very clean, light and airy. Great continental breakfast included, pool area overlooked the beach, very scenic view in the morning for breakfast. Unfortunately pool could not be used due to windy weather conditions. I had a really nice welcome by hotel staff on arrival, thank you Joao! i would recommend staying to any traveller.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast and the sangria was very good. The shower in our suite was small and the water fluctuated in temperature a bit.

Hotel is very clean and lively decorated. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Room is comfortable. View from our “sea view” room’s balcony was amazing. Staff is absolutely wonderful. They are always available to attend to any request or questions. There is free street parking and we had our rental car parked for two days in the same spot without any issue. Restaurants , bars and plenty of shopping are only a few blocks away. Breakfast is European style. Plenty of cold cuts, a selection of fruits, breads , cheeses, yoghurt, cold cereal and crepes. No hot breakfast American style but we were more than happy with the selection offered. Overall we give this place a 5 stars review.

Ótimo atendimento, da reserva ao checkin/checkout. Excelente localização, perto do centro e com uma linda vista para a praia. Sinaliza que tem estacionamento, mas o estacionamento em frente é público, e apesar da oferta pode ser complicado conseguir vaga na alta estação.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area was fantastic, and enjoyed that it was adults only. A short walk to the beach or to town for dinner. We would definitely come back.

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits à cette hôtel afin d’être près de la plage et du vieux Albufeira, l’emplacement était parfait! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieur et des chaises longues ce dont nous avons apprécié également. Nous avions le déjeuner inclus, c’était bien, mais rien d’extraordinaire! Nous avons trouvé notre comble quand même. Au niveau de la chambre… Nous avons été mis au fond du corridor dans la chambre 204. Attention, si vous êtes bons dormeurs, le bruit se fait entendre et ce, tres tôt le matin par les femmes de ménage. La chute à linge est directement à côté de la chambre. Les murs sont comme du papier, nous entendons les conversations de ceux-ci et des clients dans le corridor. Bref, nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois. De plus, dans la chambre il n’était pas rare de retrouver des fourmis, dans la salle de bain, dans notre lit… Je laisse le bénéfice du doute à la plage tout près, wifi qui ne fonctionne jamais, ne venez pas pour travailler. Aussi, plusieurs fois notre chambre avait un odeur nauséabonde… nous avons dû première soirée descendre à la réception et demander une solution car c’était insoutenable, nous sommes sorti dîner et la gentille dame a mise du parfum dans notre chambre, ce qui a aidé, mais pas complètement effacé l’odeur pour le reste du séjour. Bref, somme tout, nous avons trouver cela très très cher pour ce dont nous avons eux droit /-1000$ cad pour 4 nuits… nous avions fait confiance aux avis, cela mérite 3 étoiles…

Beautiful views from our room. The salt H2O pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim. The patios had wonderful furnishings and many areas for relaxing. Everything thing was very clean. The breakfast staff were friendly and polite. Showers had great hot water and good pressure. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Reservei um quarto com varanda e vista para o mar. Me colocaram em um quarto sem cortina blackout, sem cortina de banheiro, quem estava na piscina podia ver eu e minha esposa tomando banho. Tem que subir 2 andares de escada para chegar no quarto. Metade do quarto a altura do teto era menor que 1,80m e não me cabia. Péssima estadia!

Location was great and view from the pool was beautiful. But the website said there was parking and there was not. Only public street parking that was tottaly full all the time. I also had a cockroach in my room. Just felt a little to high of a price for what it was
