"I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots upon arrival, a lounge with wine and a fireplace to roast marshmallows to greet you. They are always there to help find a restaurant reservation and to sort out transportation. I cherish this staff and team. And this is what makes this property shine. 👍👏🙏 "
