"Overall the stay was fine. Upon arrival I realized it was the former W hotel (mid-town). The staff was friendly and helpful, my biggest issue was the overall maintenance and cleaniness of the property. The main areas were fine, but the Ice machine in the hallways looked like it hadn't been cleaned or serviced in a year or more. My room had an "off-gas" smell as soon as I walked in that made me think either a drain pipe had dried out and needed water or something else was going on, but I didn't see a drain? There was a light out in the "foyer" area of my room and the socket looked broken. the baseboards in the bathroom had chips and dents in them, the wallpaper was coming up and the floors looked like they skipped a few cleaninings. Overall it just looked poorly maintained which made me concerned about sleeping in the bed. It was a well decorated hotel but I would not stay again. I also work in facilities management so I notice these things immediately."

"The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the airport, offering a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service that operates every 30 minutes. Guests can expect clean accommodations and a pleasant hotel experience. Additionally, the establishment features a bar and provides a satisfactory food ordering service."

"The shower wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. There was hair stuck to the shower walls. One of the water bottles in the room already had its seal broken and was previously opened. Someone probably drank it and then filled it back up with sink water and put the lid back on. The bed was okay, not very comfortable. It was a priced decently."

"We chose this hotel due to my daughter’s interest in the Hunger Games movies. The architecture and glass elevators make it a super cool first impression. I removed stars due to the outrageous parking prices ($67 per night), and the tiny, uncomfortable double beds. Those rooms are plenty big enough to upgrade to queen beds. Also, wow is the hallway carpet an EYE SORE! Word of warning, in that area most of the restaurants are closed on weekends."

"The hotel was very clean, and the security team was excellent and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The valet service was convenient, although it was $65, and there was also a $200 deposit required at check-in. The staff was okay—not exceptional, but they got the job done. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the cleanliness and outstanding security."

"Key for door did not work so we kept having to go to lobby to get let back into the room then the lady says she will just change our room because she didn’t want to keep going back to open the door for us, maybe they should get the doors fixed , other than that the stay was cool For the price- breakfast was filling !!"
