「This is a really amazing five-star in a stunning location, right by a beach but completely private. Loved lounging on the lawn looking over the sea. My only one issue is that they claim to be a Hotels.com VIP property, but they did not recognise my VIP status at first. Claudia, the guest relations manager handled it very well (thanks again) and resolved the issue with the complimentary upgrade I was entitled to, given there was room availability one category up. 「This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. 「Staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, the only thing I would say is if you are looking for a quite hotel then go no further but like us if you want bars and restaurants that are open after 11pm then unfortunately nothing is really around this location without walking at least 20 minutes but really great hotel 」
