The best thing was the staffs all of them were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with everything you need I didn't use the pool or the national park. I went to the montaña about 15mn from the hotel

I had such a fantastic time here for my 26th birthday I came on a solo trip. I stayed in one of the villas right by the sea and it was the most relaxing and beautiful place I’ve been to. Staff were very helpful and the self accommodation meant I could cook my own food

It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests.

This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!
