「Clean room good breakfast and friendly staff」

「False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend」

「Beach view was non existent from the room as advertised. The only view we had was a white fence and patio above that. The comforters on the beds were dingy and clearly outdated. Floors were extremely sticky and bathtub had a wad of hair in it. If there would have been other hotels to stay at that night we would have definitely left. One night was one night to long」

「After signing an agreement that I would not smoke in the room, I opened the door to the pungent aroma of stale cigarette smoke. It was overpowering, I could not stay in the room because of the smell. If you have any mobility issues, avoid this room in particular, narrow staircases and passageways to get to the room, not accessible to those who face mobility challenges.」

「Showers need to be fixed, first night there the water gave us issues couldnt shower with fully functioning shower and maintenance came in and tried fixing it and just made it work some and left.」

「The view and balcony was the only good thing about it . The parking was a joke why give parking pass and let anybody park so your guest have to park and walk across the road to the room. Couldn't sleep from every door in the place you had to slam to shut them after fighting to get them open so all you heard were people in and out. The evaluator was very out of date . Had to ask for towels every night . But for a last minute place its worked for us .」

「Old device, very bad experience, will not come back」

「This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...
