"My child left their headphones on the bed in the room and realized it after we were already in the lyft to the airport. I emailed the property and was told "nothing was found in the room, I even checked with the housekeeping staff". Other than the dishonest staff that now have a new pair of headphones, our stay was nice. Convenient to have meal options after a long day in the city."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was comfortable and met our expectations. The only downside was early morning noise, as our room faced the front of the building, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Aside from that, everything else was fine and the stay was satisfactory."

"Despite some of the other negative reviews we read about staff being rude and dismissive, we did not encounter any of that. From check in to check out, everyone was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean with great views and housekeeping made sure we always had fresh towels and our trash was taken out every day. Beware however there are no microwaves so don’t plan on being able to eat leftovers (or make popcorn or mac n cheese if you have little kids lol). Cannot beat the location though, right in the middle of Times Square. My only complaint is there are 2 restaurants (technically three if you count the very fancy rotating one on the top of the hotel The View) but the other two (Broadway Lounge and Revel & Rye) have the exact same menu so not really two restaurants in my opinion. Food was very ok and not very much variety. Also very expensive but honestly it’s expensive everywhere around there. Overall a great place and I would stay again."
