Old curtains get stuck; light interruptors sometimes fail, etc. The staff is not the most friendly - they have some attitude. But if you show the money, you can have the time of your life. "Staff was amazing. From check in to check out, the front desk, doormen, and concierge were uniformly polite, friendly, and helpful. Only (very small) glitch was being seated by the kitchen for brunch. Our bad for not making reservations. Just seems that hotel guests should get better tables especially when many tables were empty.
