Very friendly, smiley welcome out front from Javier - not to mention great help pulling up in front of the hotel so i could valet (he stopped traffic!) - and a warm welcome from Victor at the front desk. Also my bags were very, very promptly brought upstairs which I appreciate as I was in a rush ...

The Lombardy Hotel was a perfect place to stay for several days. The room was like a classic New York luxury studio apartment, with everything we needed; the staff was amazing: so helpful and sweet. Loved it!!
