「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「This hotel is set on a beautiful property with a stunning view of the river and bridge. I'd plan to enjoy a play at the Bucks County Playhouse and bring walking shoes to stroll the quaint towns on both sides of the river. If you enjoy walking/running, the trail paths on the NJ side of the canals are worth the time. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. 「The property was super charming, loved that it had some character to it but still felt modern in lots of ways. It’s super hard to find both. It feels like you’re sleeping over in a mansion from the 1800’s and it’s a super cool vibe. The owners were super kind, they upgraded our room, helped us navigate our reservations and our time around. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!」
