「門壞了、椅子壞了、沒提供飲水、製冰機要跑不同樓層找、沒有拖鞋、沒有盥洗用具、沒有杯子 ….，可以說飯店應該提供的東西都沒有，就是價格昂貴。」

「優異服務」

「Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. 「Great location」

「The soundproofing in the guest room is very good, and the stay is very comfortable.」

「Very clean hotel and right next to airport! Everything is bout 20 mins away! Would definitely book again! Love Philly!」

Our cooler was bigger than that refrigerator and we couldn't even fit what we brought in there, let alone any leftovers from meals...

「I tried to give the hotel five stars but couldn’t on my phone. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone on the staff was. It’s unusual to find these day but everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the van driver went out of their way to say hello and be very welcoming. Breakfast was standard but good. Rooms are large and nice. Definitely would stay again if I’m in the area.」
