"The property was not well maintained. The hallways smelled like urine. When I entered my room, it appeared relatively clean at first. However, upon closer inspection, it was clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was visible dust and dirt in the corners, hair on the blankets, and even hair on the iron. When I pulled back the blankets, I discovered that the comforter was soaking wet, as if it had been taken directly from the washing machine and placed on the bed before it...
