"Very nice staff, the reception lady changed our room for free to have two beds instead one. Great location if you have layover, walking distance. The restaurant also has nice staff and tasty food. Highly recommend. One suggestion- bottle of water in the room will be great option."

"I was checked in by Treshur and I just want to share how wonderful she was! She was attentive, pleasant, and really helped to set the tone for my stay. The room was beautiful and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only point of improvement would be if the TVs allowed for you to connect to streaming services, such as Netflix. Otherwise I cannot wait until I can stay again!"

"I like the actual room. It was spacious. I was glad Wi-Fi was free. However, the cabinet door for the cabinet that held the safe was off it's hinges and fell off just from being touched. There was also an unused mini-fridge in the closet, don't understand why that was there. Also, there was no Do Not Disturbed sign available and I had to request one. I was surprised the buffet cost money. I originally thought it was free."

"Great location for the event we were going to. If we needed to get food, there were multiple options in the immediate area including Mitsuwa across the street. Parking is good, doors around the hotel make it easy to park even in the back and not have to go on a long walk to your hotel room."
