"Clean and nice staff "

"Just my honest opinion. It needs to be updated more. "

"Hotel is clean and lovely. Staff was super friendly, but at times there was confusion about questions we asked-valet told us one thing, front desk told us another. We received complimentary drink vouchers from the front desk staff, but then the roof top bar staff told us there were limitations for using them. Our first room was looking over the roof of a building but our reservation with Expedia said it would be a city view. Front desk staff was a little defensive, saying they have no idea what Expedia promises. We were upgraded, however, because the AC in our room was not working. We really appreciated that."

"When we got there the lobby was packed. It’s very small and crowded. The room didn’t have a fridge or safe. The room also didn’t have good blinds to cover the lights that come into the window. At 1am it felt like it was 10 am because the room was so bright "

"Rooms were clean, staff excellent, no pets. I really enjoy the surroundings and it’s why I keep coming back to the Graduate. If you have any issues call the desk and they will take care of it. They were polite and courteous. "
