"Great hotel for nearby conventions. They have a lot of parking, which is usually free thanks to their partnership with expedia at this time. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the convention center nearby. Clean and spacious rooms."

"Not for seniors because of bed accessibility—someone has to crawl over someone else to get up. And beds and pillows too firm. First impression not good— hand sanitizers all empty. Should have been removed. Welcome mats very dirty. All young employees very nice. Breakfast the same every day—no variety. Location fabulous. Lots of communal space. Artwork edgy. "

"Requested a fridge and microwave, as they do not come in each room. Wasn't there when we checked in, but came shortly and worked well. Nice hotel, but no pool and they only offer parking as a valet service for $80+ per day. Ended up parking at Aon Center for $17/day, which was VERY close. "

"This is a nice little hotel in the heart of the theatre district in the Loop. Easy to walk to many restaurants, sites, and venues. Confusing parking deck process that was not well explained, but the staff was apologetic and helpful in correcting. Definitely would stay again. "

"We had a very good stay with 21C! Although there were a couple of hiccups with check-in -- the room was missing washcloths and TP when we arrived -- that was fixed promptly when we called the front desk. For the rest of the stay, we had no issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned well each day during our stay, the art gallery in the lobby was a unique touch, and the beds were very comfy.
