「When I checked in on Friday afternoon, I asked the customer checkin person if there was going to be live music that night. He said yes. I also asked him if I could extend my stay by one day. He said the hotel was full for Saturday night. As it turned out, there was no music. Also, the hotel was not full for Saturday night; I checked on-line to learn there were still rooms available for Saturday night. Just incredibly lazy responses that cost the hotel another night from me.」
