"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "The room itself and the view was amazing! Very high-quality beds, sheets, pillows and furniture. I wish the vanity lighting were a little brighter. The shower is very good. The wooden patio chairs on the balcony need replaced. The wood cracked when I sat in it and I am not a big guy. I wish there were better instructions available on how to use the hot tub. Overall though a great experience!"

"Place was excellent. Great service and recommendations for food etc. The Creamery down the street is amazing. Owners invited us to stay on site even after checkout for the solar eclipse. The only recommendation I have is I am used to sleeping in nearly total darkness. The glass window above the door does allow light in from common area. "

"This is the best hotel in the Youngstown area for location and style. There was a wedding and a prom going on the night we were there, so we didn't get the room type we had reserved. We were told that reservations through Hotels.com (Expedia) are always overbooked and it's to be expected that the preferred room type isn't necessarily available. Our room was also near some sort of plumbing, so all night long we heard flushing and other water flow noises. The hotel bar is nice, but it closes...
