Absolutely unacceptable. I had to switch rooms three times during my stay, and each time came with a new issue. The first room was disheveled and dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The second room had a dead lock—I couldn’t even get in. The third was all the way on the 5th floor, across from a broken elevator, and the room itself was dingy with visible stains.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk agent couldn’t be bothered. No greeting, no eye contact—he was literally counting something and made me stand there in silence until he was done. No info was given about pool hours, restaurant times, or even where things were located in the hotel. I had to figure it all out on my own.
The hallways and common areas were filthy, the lobby smelled like mildew, and there was no housekeeping for my entire 3-day stay. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be returning. Do better, Wyndham.
