"Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the location is great if you're in town to do some shopping. Nice outdoor terrace and a rooftop bar that is very popular. The lobby area is very small and was often quite congested when we walked through. The restaurant is spacious and inviting, but service was very haphazard. Extra fees added for parking and a mandatory credit with the hotel restaurant."

"This is a lovely property in a wonderful area. There is tons of shopping and dining options all within walking distance. Nice bar in the hotel as well. My only complaint is that I had really lumpy/bad pillows on the bed. I know… not huge deal. "

"Everything needed at apartment, cups, plates, washer dryer etc. Check in was easy but communication a little difficult when there were issues as you can only communicate through the app when there's not someone at the front desk. The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them."

"The hotel is well kept and fairly nice. However the lobby is turned into a club on weekend nights. Which is fun but kind of loud for a hotel lobby you kind of expect to be able to communicate somewhat easily with the receptionist."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable despite showing some signs of wear and tear. Every staff member i encountered but one was above and beyond helpful and seemed concerned about me, my group, and our stay. Do not be fooled by the fact that they promote a fancy restaurant. Food is very limited and truthfully, not very good. Mass produced elsewhere and then not prepared with any love on site. Again, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. "

"I like the fact it gave resort vibes. The staff was friendly. Only one complaint. I was charge for two cars for 3 nights and I didn't drive. The reservationist took care of it during my check out "
