"This property was really nice. The only problem was, we had issues with the air conditioning 3 days out of the 6 days we were there. It's in the middle of the summer so needless to say we were uncomfortable especially at night trying to sleep. Maintenance finally was able to fix it on our third day there so we were comfortable after that. "

"Hosteeva cancelled our reservation without contacting us inspite of requiring our credit card information. It sent a link that did not work and did not make any reference to Hotels.com, then replaced a very nice unit with something that was in a poor condition - holes in walls, lifting and shifting tiles when you walk on them, and exposed wood frames. We tried to contact them several times about a missing coffee pot and did not receive one even though they said they will provide one."

"This place is incredibly spacious and could accommodate a large family easily. We had ample space with our family of six. It was obvious to us that they had rushed to have the place finished before we arrived, and I'm assuming we were the first guests. I stepped on a nail that had not been hammered into the floor completely, and there was also a box in the middle of the master suite that I believe had furniture in it that had not been unpacked yet. "I reserved the 4 bdrm townhouse on Bienville in Mid-City for a 5 day visit with family. The unit was close to all we expected. We had a bit of a time figuring out how to get the channels we required on the TV's but was able to speak with the developments manager to figure it out. All-in-all, the accommodations, location and service was great. Just a few notes; there are plenty of stairs (may be worth noting if there's anyone in your party with mobility challenges). "Very big and spacious rooms! Very nice neighborhood. We also had a garage! There were FOUR bedrooms which made it very nice. The rooms were very clean. 10 of us could have slept very comfortably in this Townhouse! The best thig I can say is if I come back to this area I woul GLADLY stay here again!!"
