"This was such a conveniently located hotel. We were able to walk to so many places. The guy that checked us in was super friendly and set the tone for a really nice stay. I also really appreciated to cold filtered water stations all over to refill our water bottles. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great staff, clean rooms, cozy atmosphere. All we needed during our stay. No great luxury, but we didn‘t expect any. What we didn‘t like was the neighboring parking lot with several car alarms during the night. Therefore, earplugs recommended. "

"This was our first time in Chicago and when I say me and my cousin had a wonderful trip it all started on the first guy we meet. He checked us in and was able to upgrade or room for our Anniversary ! The room was amazing , very spacious and beautiful views . Even for the balconies was closed it was still everything we expected and more . The staff is so nice and greets you ever time they see you. Anytime I needed anything within 2 mins there was there with it . This is The BEST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. "

"The room was very spacious, fairly newly modeled and clean. Staff was outstanding! Lobby was inviting and smelled lovely upon entry. There were 4 of us, however, only 3 towels. Linens were not changed during the 2 night stay. We needed to contact the front desk. But towels were provided promptly. Definitely going to stay in this hotel next time we go to Chicago! "
