「Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining.」

「It’s a good hotel with a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The spa is small but with excellent service. The house restaurant has good service and good food. The pool is very nice als. Overall, it’s a great option for a stay in Santa Fe」

「Our room was overbooked so we didn't get to stay in the room we reserved. Nevertheless the manager "Wes" helped us out by getting us into another room and a refund from the booking site. Thanks so much Wes!」

「The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh.
The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. 」
