"Nice property, with good access to the beach, but I don't think we will go to this facility again. The staff were not polite. We had to wait for 15 minutes to check in to the resort, although there was no line. There was only 1 person at the check in desk at 2 PM in the middle of the day, who was on the phone while totally ignoring us and keeping us waiting. There are only 2 restaurants, with no options for fine dining, restaurant food is overpriced and very average. We had to walk to another...

"We loved the Villa we stayed in! Beautiful property. We really enjoyed the pool and how close it is to the ocean! Can't wait to come back. The whales were fun to see!"

"Property was generally as advertised; however, snorkeling was not really an option. Had to call for repairs on the TV system twice. Thought that a week with no maid service was too long."

"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"

"- Large living room overlooking the ocean with a lanai that's covered. Nice fully equipped kitchen with upper-end appliances. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. Small issues with one sink and the shower, and a little further away from the beach that I originally wanted."
