「Beautiful property. Fabulous service. If you want stay in a nice hotel in Lana’i, this is the only game in town. 」

「The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

The room was very nice with washer and dryer in the room as well as a beautiful view of the mountains, however if our windows were open, we could hear the leaf blower every morning at 6 AM for about an hour which we’re not used to getting up that early. 「Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins....

「We have been lucky enough to stay at this resort before. We were familiar with the area. Love this area. They had done a good job of cleanup after the storms. Some things were still under construction. We had a crane outside of our balcony one day which was loud but we were not at unit much of the time crew was making noise. Kitchen was Bar Bones. Had to call in for a frying pan. But kbm was super responsive. Condition and quality of beach toys were great. Beds were comfy...

Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed」
