"Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated. "We were very impressed with the entire place. The townhouse we stayed in was spotless and had everything you would need to feel at home. The clubhouse was great for the kids with a free updated game room and tv room. The waterpark kept the kids busy for hours and the pool and hot tub very very relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions.
