Gandy 4 Stars Hotels

"Very disappointed to find out the pool was "under construction " but apparently been going on for over 2 years, this is one amenity that was really wanting for the weekend "

"This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over the counter. If you are looking for basic this place is fine, but it’s not 4-star level. "

"Floor was sandy. Don't recommend staying on first floor as the tile floor is noisy when carts go past the room."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. This place is always clean and the staff is always accommodating. The only issue I have ever had is with the pay for parking. My room key wouldn’t let me out the gate and I had to call for help which was resolved quickly. "

"The hot tub was broken. We had to pay for parking. No free coffee. No free breakfast. Our room looked to the roof. The bunkbed was wobble. Top that off with a $45 resort fee. We could have have stayed at Disney and been better taken care of. We will never stay here again. "

"The place had some nice touches such as champagne toast upon arrival and the tastings on some of the nights at the neighboring property. The pools were nice and the food and drink were very good. I was disappointed in the room itself. I felt it was not up to the standards for the price charged. It seemed run down and dingy with stains on the walls and cabinets. The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. The bed was too small (my mistake for thinking a double would be the same as queen). The balcony was not really a usable balcony but a stepout. It was very narrow, fitting a chair however not room for your legs unless you turned the chair sideways. Overall it was a nice stay, but the room was not what was expected. Went exploring other properties that were in the same price range and they looked more upscale than this one. Would try someplace else next time."

"Great location and beautiful hotel the only thing is that the bartenders as well as the restaurant servers are “in no hurry” it takes some time to get served. If you don’t get your chair around the pool by 9am you can’t get one, ppl put their towels on them and walk away for breakfast. Also the hotel rooms do not keep at the temperature you set them. Other than that we will definitely go back next year and highly recommend "

"Room was terrible! AC did not work, Bathroom door knob was barely hanging on. Toilet was nasty upon check in, checked out the next day and moved to another venue. Completely dissatisified!"

"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "
