"Was great"

"We were a family of 4 in 2 rooms (with my adult children). Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was polite and helpful from the front desk to the staff at the pools. The entire hotels and rooms were kept clean. Infinity pool and normal pool had a lot of lounge chairs and shade. Beach was a short walk (or a shuttle) and the hotel had some free umbrellas and chairs. This was first come first serve but we could purchase other cabanas if these got full. Overall, I would go back to the Radisson Blu and recommend it for others."

"This resort was fine for what we were looking for. Two guys just looking for a good time. Drank quite a bit. Food is okay - nothing special but we were not expecting much at an all inclusive resort. I would say the à la carte restaurants are a must for dinner as buffets are maybe subpar. Lobby bar was the best bar (shout out to Armando). Bar by the pool not so much as far as drinks but a good vibe. Resort itself was clean, decent gym, and staff was fine for the most part. The crowd is on the older side but it was still fun meeting all types of people. Beach is calm and we had no problem getting chairs around noon time to relax a bit. I would stay here again with the same purpose but I wouldn’t necessary bring a family here. There is also a ton of stuff right outside the resort between restaurants, bars, clubs, ice cream, anything you can think of."

"Property was clean and well staff ,and amenities were great ,just the front desk was hard to work with ,lost my wife wallet they said there computer said we didn’t have it ,but when we asked to see manager he came up with our wallet, no empathy for there customers!! "

"Huge sprawling Americanised resort - buildings are very tired and rooms dated. So many rules on pool towels/ parking/ check out at 10am and wouldn’t extend even though there are hundreds of rooms. Breakfast not great. Staff very friendly is the only good point. We only stayed for one night as we had to find somewhere last minute as our flight was changed. "

"The issue with the hotel room key cards was unacceptable. The fact that if the card was kept anywhere near a phone or anything metal it would disable and we would have to get a new card and come all the way back down from the 17th floor. We had to do this 6 times during our trip. Absolutely infuriating. "

"Very pretty resort on the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was helpful and kind in almost every way. We had Sasha as our waitress many times in the restaurant and she was pleasant and helpful. Our next trip to St. Marteen will include Oyster Bay Resort."
