"First time we stayed here we loved it. 2nd time we stayed - everything went wrong The girl at the front desk is incompetent - will say anything to get you off the phone or away from her desk. I tried at least 10 times before our stay I rang to get a 2nd floor unit as the first time we stayed ground floor and cockroaches can come in through the sliding doors that lead to the grass outside the room. Eventually spoke to a guy who said our room request was accepted. Check in came. No such thing. Downstairs and over 4 days I had to kill 2 massive cockroaches. Early check in? Lip service from the worst customer service person. I am sure they know who I am talking about and she must be related to ownership as no one would put up with that if they had to. So my wife waits around for hours only to call back in to be told rooms ready ages ago but it’s not upstairs. Bedside drawer fell off the wall - could have killed our dog or broken my foot. No sorry. No apology. We were seriously thinking about booking the entire place for an EDM or music event but will keep looking elsewhere. Such a shame. This place has so much potential. They just need to care, more. "

"We came in 2 days early staying in condos, and this was the perfect place to hang our hat until our place was ready. The breakfast was fantastic and we even came back for happy hour at the hotel bar during our stay in the condos"

"Room wasn’t clean, they forget to clean it one day so we got back to unmade bed and dirty towels. Overall sense of chaos at hotel. No amenities. "

"Pool area was nice and beach front is beautiful! Rooms and bathrooms were very small. Overall I would enjoy it. 8.5 out of 10"

"This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over the counter. If you are looking for basic this place is fine, but it’s not 4-star level. "

"Room was terrible! AC did not work, Bathroom door knob was barely hanging on. Toilet was nasty upon check in, checked out the next day and moved to another venue. Completely dissatisified!"

"Location, check in and out, and staff were all great. Seemed a touch overpriced, especially for the room not being the cleanest, and not the most up-kept common areas"
