Nice kitchen, no wine opener though. The location is great. Solid gym on the property. Parking is a problem especially if you're coming back late, no assigned parking, you've gotta look around for a spot and may have to park along curbs risking being towed although that didn't happen. The apartment floors were dirty

Shower curtain in dire need of being washed or replaced. It was pink at the bottom showing it hasn't been washed for quite a while. Nasty!

Overall, everything was great.
The only things to complain about are the very loud closing doors to the buildings and the entrance gates to the swimming pool, etc., and the fact that people don't clean up after their dogs. We were there with our dog, so I noticed this. Even in the dog park, owners don't clean up after their dogs.

The coffee machine was broken in the room. No one ever got back to me and the coffee bar that you could walk to was also not working.
The unit cleanliness and everything else was good but the key pad batteries went out during our stay. I was able to get ahold of the emergency line from Landing after being on hold for about an hour later and this was at midnight. Eventually it lead to a dead end and they couldn’t do anything about the dead key pad so the only way to get inside the unit was to contact lock smith to come and figure it out. After a long awaited time, lock smith finally came and was able to figure out the key pad and I eventually got into our unit at 3am. I had to pay out of pocket for lock smith and was told by the worker from Landing I’d get reimbursed for the fee I paid which was $300+. I’m still waiting to get reimbursed. This was very inconvenient for myself and my small group that stayed there. I don’t understand why property management doesn’t automatically switch out the key pad batteries every so often, instead of waiting for the batteries to go completely out.

The apartment was dirty. The sofa was ripped and coming apart. The sofa was so used that you sunk down to the base when you sat on it. The towels were dingy and some were torn at the edges. The chairs at the dining table were also torn. The TVs gave to be operated through Apple or you can’t watch them.

The place where not completely clean but not complains, and the sheets were dirty too. But we loved the apartment.
Responded once to over 10 text, emails, messages left. The response did not address the concern at all. Concern no parking on site. It states in description that parking is free. As a single female I had to park off property, 15 min away, after midnight, 2 nights in a row. It was not safe. Rug in room was curled up and in entry way was rippled. Tripping hazard. No linens for the third guest. The cabinets are labeled saying they have supplies and linens. There were none. The coffee that was missing came on the third day at appx 9am. The day of checkout.

The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it
