「Staff was excellent very friendly and accommodating. While our room was comfortable the facility could use an upgrade. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar was nice, cocktails were great and the bartender was fabulous.The cons were dining options are limited no where to get lunch and dinner was limited to bar food. Whoever put the makeup mirror in the bathroom must have been tall because it was mounted so high that it was above my head and I am 5’4. 」

「Our stay was perfect in San Agustín and as for the resort the location was very good and the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable but needs minor maintenance, the towel rack was broken, the heater door fell and other small details, otherwise everything was fine.」
