"The room is very small especially the bath room, hard to move around. The wall is thin, can hear next room talking louder. But the location is really good. Walkable distance to otaru station, Otaru canal. Front staff is nice too. Help us to make a phone call to my next hotel in Niseko. "

"The building is old, but the facility is acceptable, the room is clean, although I did saw some bugs is at the outside frame of the window, which is understandable, because it is a country side area. The dining place around the area close really early, so the only choice is convenience store like Lawson and Scicomart. "

"Great big hotel with all facilities, activities for family, shopping. Very big room with fantastic view. Various options of breakast with excellentquality, huge restaurant than you can imagine. The onsen is very big, there are indoor and outdoor onsen. A bit walk distance to futami bridge or about 3 bus stop. We enjoy staying here."
