"We stayed here for the hot spring and skiing. The sauna and outdoor bath were awesome – we loved them! The hotel itself is a bit old-fashioned and has a 90s atmosphere, but there’s nothing wrong with that. In fact, it felt like a nice cultural experience, a bit different from the usual modern hotels in Japan. The only downside for me was the dinner option. "Midtown Niseko is a great place to stay for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the transportation to and from the ski area was seamless and user friendly. The staff was helpful with getting us a ride to the location where we picked up our rental gear, and they provide a drop off location for the gear when you are ready to return. It’s also helpful that this is a stop for the ski bus to and from Sapporo. Thanks a bunch for a great stay!"
