「This was a lovely experience from check in to check out. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Facility was spotlessly clean and room was spacious with a great layout for both sleeping and comfortable lounging. The location was ideal to visit Mystic seaport, aquarium and the downtown shops and restaurants. We’ll be back!」

「The staff was amazing we needed housekeeping for a spill and they came right away. Unfortunately the big bummer was pool hours as we arrived after 5 and my plan was to swim and use the hot tub however closes at 6. I stayed there for the pool but otherwise everything was great」

「We had a short stay which was a bummer but it was our chance at a quick getaway for our 10yr anniversary. A night to ourselves w/o our children doesn’t come often so we always hope to make it worth it. This hotel met & then exceeded our expectations; starting with the front desk/staff who didn’t let the late night hours interfere with their dedication to customer service & making us feel warm & welcomed from start to finish. 「We loved this place! Gorgeous facility! The spa area was top notch A few notes though Room was small, prices are a bit steep especially for the massages. The hot tubs are seperate for men and women and close at 7pm The staff is incredibly nice!」
