「We may have arrived on an off day, but our check-in process was terrible. There was a line the entire length of the lobby after 4 pm (when check out started). The front desk staff were not communicating with the line as to the reason of the delays. It then turned out that many guests with reservations through expedia did not actually have rooms reserved, with no help from the hotel. Luckily our reservation was still valid. 「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...
