「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「I and three colleagues booked a room on Hotels.com on April 29, but on May 13 (after 10:30 pm) the three colleagues were suddenly told that there were no rooms available and no alternative accommodation was arranged. At the last minute, we had to find our own hotel, which made me very nervous and disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would absolutely do so」

「Everything was great. They left a kind note, they brought stuff I ordered dorectly to my room, there was friendly staff, a wide variety of dishes. Every songle staff I spoke to was kind, not just the manager. I LOVED that they created the option to add Netflix accounts to the TV. My one and only quam is when I went to take a shower there was some hair across the shower floor and it was enough to be more than just a few hairs. They were all short hair too and I habe very long hair so it wasnt...
