"The staff was excellent going above and beyond. Helped us get a room on first floor due to my elderly mom needing to use a walker. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and all the amenities were great. Liked the continental breakfast. All good. "

"The room was clean but……looks tired. Needs painting, refrigerator has a lot of dents, dining table worn, exterior of building needs painting too. I understand some units have been renovated. I requested to be assigned to a renovated unit but, obviously I was not. Staff at registration were very friendly and helpful. Staff at checking very friendly and accommodating. "
