「Cuando hice la reserva, hice un pago adicional para incluir desayuno. En el lugar me dijeron que NO, que estaba en remodelacion y no incluye desayuno. A quien reclamar ahora」

「Clean room」

「I never expected to have the experience we did at this hotel. I’ve stayed at other locations and never had any issues. A staff member tried to come in our room twice without knocking and was not there for any service. We had to have our room moved due to upgraded or cleaning being done to the couches during the middle of our stay. When I voiced my concerns a manager was very dismissive. I wouldn’t stay at this location for free! 」

「Room was clean but no vent in bathroom no housekeeping. And breakfast was sloppy plus not maintained so if you got to breakfast at 8am it was already trashed through. 」

「If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. They advertise it they have a restaurant open 24/7 with the implication that there's room service but there is not. You can order from a limited item menu and then you...
