「The front desk person was hard working and there 24/7. The building itself is starting to show its age. Could use some updates.」

「The staff were helpful and friendly, but the property around the hotel was unkept and sketchy, especially when you check in late from a flight. The room had stains everywhere, and the A/C was off so it was 98degrees in the room. The breakfast was really minimal (chicken biscuits and apples) because the chef had a day off. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「First off, the price is insane for what you get. Second, we were assigned a room and upon going to the room guests from the room across from us had keys to our room and were moving stuff from our room to their room. This was at 10pm. For our safety we had to ask for a different room. This is very unsafe and unsanitary for the amount of money we just spent. I WANT A REFUND」

「Spacious and clean room with thin walls. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge, microwave, iron and board, blowdryer - these are in the room. Free toiletries. Helpful staff. Efficient check in / out. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast in which I'd partake. It is edible. It consists of eggs, sausages, biscuits, potatoes, pancakes, pastries, fruits, coffee, tea. The kitchen and the surrounding areas are kept clean. There is a soda machine by the dining area. The onsite restaurant is not opened...
