「Only thing I didn’t like is there is no free coffee in the lobby. You do have coffee in the room but it’s always bad 」

「The bed was very comfy. If you do not like super soft squishy pillows then you may want to bring one from home. The breakfast had several options. There was complimentary dinner and 2 drinks for the night of check in. I am not sure if that was a special or regular thing there. Breakfast offerings were eggs sausage gravy biscuits waffles pancakes yogurt different fruit and bread options. 」

「I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.」

「The hotel is going through a renovation. I did appreciate the extra effort they made to make sure it wasn’t an inconvenience.」

「We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.」
