「We had a wonderful stay. My ONLY complaint was the night time desk woman was very rude, however the person I spoke to in the morning more than made for het rude coworker. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well made and a decent selection. I greatly enjoyed having coffee available 24 hrs a day. We will definitely be back.」

「All staff I dealt with were great especially the two managers that were on duty. Renovations look decent but you can tell it’s cheaper furniture. Floors in the room were not very clean in some spots, and the top on the bed was dirty. Their “brand standard” breakfast is a major letdown, boring and not appetizing. You can tell the switch the a Comfort is making the hotel run down. You can tell they need some touch up maintenance in the rooms due to the renovation's. Stayed here about 2 years ago...

「Stayed here just for the night after a wedding and it was pretty nice. The free breakfast was immaculately presented and maintained by the two ladies working there. My only complaint is that when we needed water the night before, there were no complimentary bottles which I can't recall ever experiencing at another hotel. We were told we had to buy water that they were selling.」

「Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...
