「good prace」

「We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The first thing we noticed was the horrible odor in both the hallways and our room. The smell was overwhelming and made the stay very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was booked for two people, yet we were given only one washcloth and one hand towel. After cleaning, they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them, leaving us with only one bath towel. When we requested more, it took over an hour. The toilet would not flush...

「ONLY ONE of THREE elevators worked the whole stay. Breakfast at $20.00 a person,self serve like a travel lodge,the "servers" the only thing they did was to present the bill! Cold waffles, Bacon so hard it wedged into my teeth . The in room coffee maker did not work, roughly patched tile in the bathroom, marks on the pain n the door showed the evidence that the door was painted and closed on the wet paint. The vent in the bathroom was rusty. in general the property was poorly run and maintained .」

「Broken outlets, bathroom door would not close, dirty floors, damp everywhere, smelled of mold in hallways. Bathroom sink smelled STRONGLY of sewage. Made me throw up, it was so bad.」

「Front desk staff was very nice but understaffed. Toilet didn’t flush and we should have been moved to another room but that did not happen until we insisted. Four girls had to use the lobby bathroom. Poor communication between plumber and staff and us. Pool closing The heated pool was not heated and no towels. The jacuzzi did not work.」
