I didn't think the property was so old, however its furniture & fixtures certainly were. Upon arrival to my room, noticed a LONG, thin hair on the edge of the bathroom tub. There wasn't ONE employee that spoke to and/or welcomed me first. Once engaged, they were nice. Being given a "list" of what the hotel's amenities are seems impersonal (why can't I be given the list for reference & TOLD or EXPLAINED to about the hotel's services?). The breakfast was awful - items were not appealing or fresh. Tables not cleaned after usage. Coffee was not good tasting. Did appreciate the Oat milk tho'.

The King size bed was fine, We requested the mattress on the convertible couch to be changed, and they accommodated us. Staff was very service oriented. Included breakfast was very good. The room was clean, quite spacious, and comfortable. As in most places, noise can be an issue with paper thin walls. Overall experience was excellent!!!

We were traveling through, and only stayed for one night. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. When we got to our room we had difficulty with the TV settings, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful in explaining the steps we needed ti follow. The breakfast room was clean and had the typical offerings. Our room was updated and had everything we needed.

Very inviting lobby with several sitting areas. Front desk staff exceptionally pleasant & professional. Very clean room. Room attendants were really sweet & engaging. Grounds overall were well kept. The only issue we encountered was a toilet which would not flush;snaked it twice and awaiting an engineer to service it later today when he comes on shift. Overall, a pleasant stay, nice hotel and caring staff.
