The hotel was very nice and clean. The elevators however, were really slow but they did look old so that wasn't a huge issue. I loved the overall look of the hotel. The lighting to me felt intimate. It was not to bright but perfect in my opinion.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I needed to be near St. Vincent’s Hospital and the hotel location was convenient. It’s a little run down here and there but it’s still clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

The room was as described. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby trash cans were overflowing and key card box was too full to add our cards. Overall the hotel was very nice and we wpuld stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel could use a facelift. Outdated carpeting and decor. The air conditioner/heating unit was noisy and could use some maintenance. The staff, including the front desk and bar/restaurant were friendly, helpful and accommodating . The hotel location was really nice and convenient. Overall, I will give it another look and stay there again in the near future.
