There was no hot tub as advertised. The pool water did not look clean so we did not use it. Our bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was blood on the wall. The elevators are currently broken and we were not notified of that at check-in. It would have been nice to have been offered a room upgrade ...

Place wasn’t available until after check in time which was very disappointing I had requested early check in and they never called me back as they said they would ! Adam at the front desk was very helpful. We had to stay overnight unexpectedly. I purchased a case at the store but they were out of solution. He had an extra one with him and gave it to me. He went above and beyond. Excellent service!!
