"Out stay was for 4 days, we dealt with multiple employees at front desk. And every single one was very helpful, polite and friendly. We used their shuttle multiple times, and the drivers were also very friendly, and gave us great recommendations on places to visit and eat. Overall great customer service!"

"We really enjoyed the pool area, how close it was to the mall of America, and the comfort. We missed not having a breakfast area, but understand they are improving the area. The thing we wish was better was the number of towels they would leave- never enough. "

"The overall property was great , I had called prior to going and asked what their pet policy was and I was told they do not accept pets . However once we arrived I saw plenty of pets staying at the property! "
